By definition, finance is a branch of economics concerned with resource allocation as well as resource management, acquisition and investment. There are multiple sectors of finance. This include but is not limited to personal finance, financial services, corporate finance, public finance, financial risk management, financial economics, financial mathematics, experimental finance, and behavioral finance.
