Museum of Arts and Origins

MoAAO is dedicated to the preservation and exposition of art in relation to its origins. MoAAO addresses the question what generates art? and endeavors to exhibit art in dialogue with its origin: culture-historical, environmental, ideological, medium/process. MOAAO exhibits trans world, trans era, native and contemporary art that is both innovative and rooted in the concerns that gave birth to 'first arts' of mankind. MOAAO/Mamfe Museum, Ghana/Museu de Arte e Origins is a non-profit (NGO) cultural and educational center dedicated to making art awareness an entertainment of lasting value. MoAAO endeavors to attract all age, ethnic and learner groups. Its programs are designed to appeal to the curious or motivated layman.
