NADAP's mission is to be the premier organization providing comprehensive workforce development services to meet the ever-changing needs of individuals, business and goverment. We are a non profit corporation that operates employment, professional training, assessment, and case management programs throughout the Bronx, Westchester County and New York City.

Program services are provided to adult job seekers, dislocated workers, unemployed, underemployed, workforce development professionals, and the business community. The common goal of all NADAP's programs and services is employment and workforce development. NADAP's programs benefit job seekers, families, communities and businesses.

Project STEP

Project STEP provides individualized and comprehensive employment and training services to individuals with HIV/AIDS residing in the Bronx and Westchester County. Our individualized approach is to prevent and resolve employment barriers so that our customers can become self-sufficient and employed. Our goal is to provide customized support services to enable men and women to successfully transition into the workforce.

Services Include:

* Intensive case management to develop and implement customized job search strategies
* Pre and post employment supportive services
* Community Resource referrals to facilitate employment and stability
* Job readiness training such as: resume writing, job search strategies, how to complete an employment application, etc.
