Workforce1 Career Centers are a partnership of agencies and organizations working together to provide a full array of free job training, recruitment, and placement services. We've teamed with employers of all sizes in the five boroughs who are committed to hiring local residents. Thousands of New Yorkers have already used Workforce1 to start new careers. We can help you look for a job as soon as you're ready to move ahead in the field of your choice.

Using a Workforce1 Career Center is easy. Simply come in for an orientation to learn more about the services available to you.

Orientation sessions will begin promptly at the start times. Jobseekers are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis and should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to start time to sign-up for a session. Jobseekers should also bring their resumes with them.

The Workforce1 Career Center in the Bronx is located on 358 East 149th Street between Third and Courtlandt Avenues.

By subway take the 2 or 5 train to 149th Street and 3rd Avenue.

By bus take the M19 to Courtlandt Avenue. You can also take the Bx15 or Bx55 to 149th St and Third Ave.

If you are driving, parking is available at the East 149th Street Municipal Parking Garage located on East 149th Street between Courtlandt and Morris Avenues.

By subway take the A,C to Hoyt-Schermerhorn; A,C,F to Jay Street-Borough Hall; 2,3 to Hoyt Street; M,R to Lawrence Street; 4,5 to Nevins Street; or B,M,Q,R to DeKalb Avenue.

By bus, the B25, B26, B37, B38, B41, B45, B51, B52, B54, B57, B61, B63, B65, B67 and B75 make stops along Fulton and Livingston Streets.

The Workforce1 Career Center in Upper Manhattan is located in Harlem at 215 West 125th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues, also known as Adam Clayton Powell Jr. and Frederick Douglass Boulevards.

By subway take the A,B,C,D, 2 or 3 train to 125th Street. There are also many buses that stop at 125th Street.
